Payments can be made hourly or by retainer. ​
Retainer packages secure a set number of hours each month, reserved specifically for completing your agreed-upon services and tasks. Retainer fees are billed at $50/hour, due on the 1st of each month.
I’ll notify you when you’re nearing your prepaid hours. Additional hours, if needed, will be pre-approved by you and billed at $55/hour, added to your next invoice.

Hourly Payments - If you're not ready for a monthly retainer but need help with a short-term project or prefer the flexibility of a pay-as-you-go option, this is ideal for you. Purchase one or more hours at $55/hour. Your time doesn't expire and can be used for any contracted task.

General Policies

Progress Reports: You will receive a detailed progress report every Friday, outlining how your hours have been utilized.

Prepayment Required: All hours must be prepaid due to the nature of my work.

Retainer Package Terms: Retainer packages are non-refundable and unused hours do not carry over. If we choose to end our working relationship, any remaining unused hours will be refunded.
​Initial Consultation: All Online Business Management services begin with a mandatory 75-minute consultation, either via call or face-to-face. This one-time consultation is essential for all OBM packages and will set the stage for our collaboration. A fee of $100 applies when scheduling this meeting. ​Additional Costs: Any extra expenses required to complete your tasks (e.g., postage, couriers, mileage) will be itemized and billed at cost.​
