Sometimes the biggest business transformations start with something small.


For me, it started with tacos.

​

A close friend and brilliant entrepreneur was on the verge of shutting down her business. She wasn’t failing because she lacked talent or drive. She was exhausted. The admin, the follow-ups, and the moving pieces behind the scenes had slowly taken over the work she actually loved.

​

So I showed up with tacos and an open ear.

​​

As she talked, I realized something. The problems draining her energy were exactly the kinds of problems I love solving. Not the flashy front-facing parts of the business, but the behind the scenes structure that keeps everything running.

What started as helping a friend turned into a complete overhaul of how her business operated.

 

Over the next six months, we:

​

  • Built clear systems for client communication and management

  • Cleaned up pricing and reduced unnecessary expenses

  • Reworked her online presence so her branding and messaging were clear and consistent everywhere.

  • Created consistent email marketing systems

 

Revenue doubled. Her hours decreased. And most importantly, she actually started enjoying her business again.

That experience shaped the work I do today.

For the past nine years, I’ve worked with small businesses to strengthen systems and improve day to day operations. Before that, I ran my own small business, which gave me firsthand experience with the realities of growth and organization.

​

I’ve also spent many years in leadership roles, coordinating teams and managing projects. Creating structure, keeping things moving, and helping people work more effectively together is something I’ve been doing for a long time.

​
