  • What should I expect if I reach out to you or decide to work with you?
    Every business and business owner is unique, so we’ll start with a (30-minute) Discovery Call to determine if we’re a good fit. This call helps ensure my skills complement your needs so we can move forward effectively. If you know what you need help with: Great! We can hit the ground running. After our Discovery Call, I’ll send a contract/proposal and invoice based on what we discussed. Once the agreement is signed and payment is made, I’ll get started. I’ll also send a quick questionnaire to gather the necessary information to access your accounts and files. My goal is to make the process as simple as possible—I’m here to save you time, not create more work! You can expect weekly updates on what I’ve been working on and how your hours were used. If needed, we can schedule regular check-ins to ensure we’re aligned. If you’re unsure where to start or what to delegate: No problem! We’ll schedule a 75-minute consultation ($100 flat fee, in-person or virtual) to dive deeper into your business. Before our session, I’ll send a questionnaire to learn about your workflow, tools, and biggest pain points. During the consultation, we’ll identify key challenges and strategize solutions together. I’ll help you prioritize tasks and create a plan for moving forward. After our session, I’ll send a contract/proposal and invoice based on our discussion. Once everything is finalized, I’ll get to work. You’ll receive weekly updates on progress, and we can schedule check-ins as needed.   • What programs do you work with?
    I have experience with a wide range of platforms and software. You can find many of the programs I’m familiar with on my Services page, but since technology is always evolving, I’m continually expanding my expertise. If your company uses a program I haven’t worked with before, I’m happy to learn it on my own time—so you’re only billed for the hours I spend working on your business. Feel free to ask about any specific software, and chances are I’ve used it or something similar!
  • Do you have a minimum contract length?
    Contract terms are determined during our consultation, but to truly see the benefits of working together, I recommend starting with a 3-month commitment. That said, I believe in finding the right fit. If, after a short time, we realize that our partnership isn’t the best match, there’s no obligation to continue. My goal is to provide value and support that makes a real difference for your business.
  • How will I share my private information (like passwords) with you?
    I use NordPass to securely share and manage sensitive information like passwords. It’s a safe, reliable, and free tool that makes it easy to share credentials without compromising security. If you’re new to NordPass, I’ll guide you through the simple setup process to ensure a smooth and secure experience. However, if you already use a different password management system, I'm happy to work with that as well. My priority is ensuring your information remains secure and easily accessible.
  • What if I need some design work done?
    I’m not a professional designer, but I can work with templates to create materials that align with your brand. I primarily use Canva for design projects, and with the help of new AI-powered tools, it’s easier than ever to bring your brand vision to life. If you need something more advanced, I can assist with layout and concept development or connect you with a professional designer to ensure your project meets the highest standards.
  • Will you give me feedback/advice if I need it?
    Absolutely! One of my favorite aspects of this work is the strategy and problem-solving that come with it. Whether you need feedback on a project, advice on streamlining your processes, or a fresh perspective on your business, I’m here to help.
